When scheduling a new service, there are a lot of details to consider. Our Admissions Coordinators are trained to help you review your treatment options and match you with the best care available. We consider factors like your insurance network and the most convenient schedule for you. If we can’t meet your need, we’ll do our best to recommend another program.
Fees and Policies
Resource Connect accepts most major insurances, including Aetna, Johns Hopkins, Carefirst Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Maryland Medicaid. We also offer self-pay rates for most clinicians and groups.
There is a fee for cancellations with fewer than 24 business hours notification. This is standard practice and reflects the need to schedule clinicians’ time efficiently. When you schedule an appointment, you are conferring on us the responsibility to dedicate our resources to your care. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing up to your appointment on time still uses those resources.
