Resource Connect offers a variety of services to best care for our clients. When scheduling a new service there are a lot of details to consider. Our Admissions Coordinators are clinically trained and can help you review your treatment options, and match you with the best care available. If we cannot meet your need we will do our best to give you some outside referral information. They will also consider other factors like your insurance network, and the most convenient schedule for you.
Fees and Policies
Resource Connect accepts numerous insurances, including Aetna, Johns Hopkins, Carefirst Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, United Health Care, and Maryland Medicaid. Self pay rates are available for most clinicians and groups.
Clients may be charged a fee for cancellations with fewer than 24 business hours notification. This is standard practice and reflects the need to schedule clinician’s time efficiently.
